We are looking for a Coordinator of Personnel Administration to lead payroll, compensation, benefits, and compliance processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with labor regulations. This role will guarantee fairness, legal compliance, and data-driven insights to support the company’s strategic people management goals.Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely salary, benefits, and tax payments. Manage payroll operations for Ecuador and the U.S., including updates, bonuses, and reporting. Develop HR analytics metrics and reports to support strategic decision-making. Manage employee hiring and termination processes, ensuring accurate contracts, settlements, and legal documentation in accordance with labor requirements. Administer compensation and benefits programs, maintaining internal equity and external competitiveness. Ensure compliance with labor regulations, internal policies, and audits.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience managing payroll for more than 500 employees. Minimum 1 year of leadership experience. Strong knowledge of labor and tax regulations. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power BI) and familiarity with governmental platforms. English: Intermediate level.
