Important company with a strong dedication to excellence, innovation, and integrity, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team.Responsibilities: As a Senior Corporate Attorney Provide expert legal advice and guidance on corporate matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of business contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives and department heads, to understand business objectives and provide legal support accordingly. Conduct legal research to stay abreast of industry trends, changes in laws, and emerging legal issues. Manage and oversee legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions. Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations, as necessary. Develop and deliver legal training to internal teams on compliance and legal best practices.Qualifications: Administrative Law, Lawyer, Bachelor of Laws degree from accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Ecuador. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney, with a focus on Business, Civil, Corporate, and Notarial Fields. Proven track record of successfully handling complex corporate legal matters. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
