Our travelers are primarily families, couples, and small groups seeking personalized service and seamless logistics.⸻Key Responsibilities Check availability with suppliers (hotels, cruises, guides, transportation, activities). Respond promptly and professionally to prospective sales inquiries. Provide outstanding customer service, guiding and preparing travelers before their trip. Coordinate and manage travel reservations: guides, hotels, flights, tours, and complete trip logistics. Communicate clearly and effectively with partners across South America. Read, understand, and work with detailed itineraries written in English. Communicate with passengers in English via phone, email, and text/WhatsApp. Support daily trip operations to ensure a smooth, high-quality travel experience for every guest.⸻Requirements Degree in Tourism (required). At least 1 year of experience in inbound tourism, an agency, or a tour operator. Experience working in an office environment and within collaborative teams. Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Willingness to learn, grow, and develop professionally. Funciones: Planificar y comunicar oportunamente la programación de los pedidos semanales y/o diarios al área de Operaciones, para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los despachos en los tiempos y cantidades acordadas con el cliente. Coordinar la gestión documentaria de los pedidos del cliente, realizando la actualización de precios en el sistema, la recepción de órdenes de compra, la generación del pedido de venta y la verificación de precios, con el propósito de asegurar que los documentos entregados al cliente sean correctos y conformes. Monitorear y reportar el avance diario del programa de despachos, con el fin de verificar que los pedidos sean entregados dentro de los plazos acordados y conforme a los requerimientos del cliente. Gestionar y atender las devoluciones reportadas por los clientes, emitiendo las notas de crédito correspondientes según las políticas establecidas, con el objetivo de mantener la trazabilidad y cierre adecuado de los procesos comerciales. Registrar los pedidos de los clientes en el sistema de gestión comercial (programa de la compañía) de forma oportuna, para garantizar el abastecimiento adecuado y evitar retrasos en la atención de los requerimientos del cliente.Requisitos: Tercer Nivel en Administración de Empresa, Ingeniería Comercial o afines. (Graduado o cursando ultimos semestres) Conocimiento Intermedio de Excel Sap Intermedio (Deseable) Experiencia mínima de 2 año como Asistente Comercial o posiciones similares.
