Trilingual Client Service Executive (Spanish, English & French)
About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in multiple languages? We are looking for a Trilingual Client Service Executive to join our growing team and provide outstanding support to our diverse customer base.
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, communicating fluently in Spanish, English, and French to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Language proficiency in all three languages will be assessed during the interview process.
What We're Looking For- Fluency in Spanish, English, and French (spoken and written).

- University degree in progress or completed is preferred.

Education: Currently studying or graduates of majors such as International Business, Administration, or any related field.
Languages Minimun Level Required:

Experience: Not much experience required, it is an entry-level position (training will be provided). Experience in a customer service role (CSR, Call Center, or in-person service experience is an advantage).
Additional Knowledge: Knowledge of tools such as Office, Teams, CRM, AI — desirable.
Main Responsibilities of the Position:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Executive, you will be the voice of the company. You will be responsible for handling real-time issues that our clients send via phone and email, and for guiding the client to see the value of the platform. You will be responsible for all aspects of customer service, including managing inquiries, identifying up selling opportunities, problem resolution, and delighting our clients by meeting their needs in a timely and pleasant manner.
- Provide support and build strong relationships with our clients and the sales team.
- Develop solid product knowledge to assist with client inquiries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Identify client needs, clarify information, investigate each issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
