Human Resources Assistant
We are seeking a professional,organized, and customer-focused HR Assistant to join our team. This role provides administrative support to the Human Resources department while managing front desk operations and incoming communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk operations.
- Coordinate interviews, meetings, and office appointments.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR administrative processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Assist with general office administration and daily operations.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, administration (Preffered).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish. Advanced English speaking and listening skills are required.
