Empresa en constante expansión, enfocada en la innovación, la eficiencia operativa y la digitalización de procesos, busca incorporar a su equipo a un Director de Tecnologías con visión estratégica y experiencia en desarrollo e integración de sistemas ERP y soluciones basadas en Inteligencia Artificial.Misión del cargo:Liderar la estrategia tecnológica de la organización, garantizando la evolución digital mediante el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de plataformas ERP (especialmente Odoo) y proyectos de Inteligencia Artificial que optimicen la gestión operativa, comercial y administrativa de la empresa.Funciones del cargo: Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia tecnológica alineada con los objetivos corporativos. Liderar el desarrollo, personalización e integración de módulos ERP (Odoo) con los sistemas internos y externos. Implementar soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial aplicadas a analítica de datos, control de proyectos y automatización de procesos. Dirigir los equipos de desarrollo y soporte. Asegurar la disponibilidad, integridad y seguridad de la información corporativa. Evaluar e implementar nuevas tecnologías que fortalezcan la productividad y la toma de decisiones. Gestionar el presupuesto del área y coordinar con proveedores tecnológicos estratégicos.Requisitos del pefil: Título universitario en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Electrónica o afines. 5+ años de experiencia liderando áreas tecnológicas o de desarrollo ERP. Dominio comprobado de Odoo (Community y/o Enterprise). Experiencia en desarrollo con Python, PostgreSQL, y APIs de integración. Conocimientos en IA aplicada (Machine Learning, automatización, RPA, análisis predictivo). Experiencia en infraestructura cloud (AWS, Azure o similares). Capacidad de liderazgo, pensamiento estratégico y orientación a resultados. Certificaciones en gestión de proyectos (Scrum, PMP).
