Requisitos: What we're looking for English B2+ (upper-intermediate or higher): you can write clear emails and hold a fluent conversation. Interviews, training, and systems are fully in English. Analytical and logical thinking: you like understanding the "why" behind the data High attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable with Excel (basic formulas, filters, sorting) and quick to learn new platforms Responsible, proactive, and open to feedback Good communication skills and a team-player attitude For the remote phase: a stable internet connection and a quiet place to work Nice to have (not required) Experience in insurance, data entry, or back office roles (internships count!)Don't tick every box?
