Our ideal Sales Setter The Sales Setter at MEDLIFE is crucial in expanding our mission by creating an informative and life-changing experience while motivating volunteers to stay involved with the MEDLIFE mission and make a difference in their local communities. This is how your day to day will look like at MEDLIFE: Generate and prospect leads through social media outreach, analyze profiles, and DM new followers to generate outbound leads and increase awareness of MEDLIFE’s mission. Qualify both inbound and outbound leads based on specific criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team or relevant stakeholders. Manage and execute multi-channel outreach (cold calls, video calls, emails, texts) to engage prospects and maintain strong lead relationships. Lead info sessions, presentations, and webinars to inform, inspire, and recruit potential volunteers and student leaders. Conduct consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and keep them actively engaged across multiple marketing channels. Mentor student leaders and support volunteers during service-learning trips, strengthening the connection with MED International. Perform additional volunteer-related interaction tasks as needed to support operational goals. Collaborate in a hybrid, remote, and cross-cultural work environment, adapting to dynamic priorities and fast-paced workflows. Requisitos: What will you bring? Recent graduates of Business Administration, International Development, Global Health or related fields (This is not a senior position). 1+ year of working experience in sales or customer service. Native-level equivalent English skills required. (it will be evaluated by a certified institution). Experience in public speaking, working with youth, and managing volunteers. Cultural sensitivity and understanding of international development issues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be flexible about responsibilities. Live in Peru or flexibility to spend some seasons in Peru during our SLTs. Nice to Have 1+ year of working experience in International Development, Global Health, Sales. Knowledge about prospecting leads through different channels. Project management experience Experience with CRM softwares Beneficios What do we offer you?
