At Fundación Educativa Comuna, a forward-thinking bilingual institution in Ecuador, we are seeking a Senior English Department Auditor & Mentor to guide and strengthen our language program for the remainder of the school year—with a direct pathway to becoming our next Director of English.

The Opportunity This first phase is a strategic leadership challenge. You will lead a comprehensive review of our English department, working closely with our faculty through hands-on mentoring and coaching. Your mission is to elevate our bilingual program to international standards of excellence and inspire sustainable pedagogical growth.

Who We’re Looking For

• English Proficiency: Exceptional, native-level fluency in English (C2 level).
• Education: Degree in Education, Applied Linguistics, or related field. (A Master’s in TESOL or Educational Management is highly valued).
• Experience: Demonstrated track record in curriculum design, classroom observation, and academic auditing.
• Mindset: Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, coaching-oriented approach.
• Commitment: Immediate availability for the remainder of the school year, with the vision to transition into the Director role for the following term.
