Your mission is to elevate our bilingual program to international standards of excellence and inspire sustainable pedagogical growth.Who We’re Looking For English Proficiency: Exceptional, native-level fluency in English (C2 level). Education: Degree in Education, Applied Linguistics, or related field. (A Master’s in TESOL or Educational Management is highly valued). Experience: Demonstrated track record in curriculum design, classroom observation, and academic auditing. Mindset: Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, coaching-oriented approach.
