At hsbcad, we develop innovative software solutions for the timber construction industry. To support our growing North America customer base, we’re looking for a Junior Technical Support Specialist who is eager to learn, loves customer interaction, and wants to become a true expert in our field.

Your responsibilities

As a Junior Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our technology.

· Be the first point of contact for technical questions and support requests

· Analyse customer issues and either solve them yourself or collaborate with internal experts

· Guide customers in the smooth use of hsbcad products (including hsbDesign)

· Deliver (online) training sessions to help customers optimize their workflows

· Create and maintain manuals and learning materials for the digital hsbcad Academy

· Detect software bugs or improvement opportunities and collaborate with product experts You won’t be doing this alone — you’ll be supported by experienced colleagues.

Your talent

We’re looking for potential and motivation just as much as experience.

You have an affinity with design, architecture, or construction

You have experience working with Revit® (professional or strong academic experience)

Experience or strong interest in timber construction, carpentry, or prefab housing is a plus

You’re digitally savvy and comfortable learning new software

You communicate clearly and enjoy helping others

You’re structured, organized, and customer-oriented

You think in solutions, not problems

You’re a team player with a positive mindset

You speak English (advanced) — additional languages are a plus
