Billing Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in billing, accounts receivable, reimbursements, and contract management, along with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the billing process, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
• Follow up on accounts receivable and outstanding payments.
• Process and monitor reimbursements and expenses.
• Review and manage billing-related information associated with contracts and clients.
• Handle and reconcile petty cash.
• Maintain accurate financial and billing records.
• Prepare reports and provide administrative support related to billing and collections.
• Work with accounting and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate financial information

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, reimbursements, or related financial functions.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience working with contracts and client billing.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable and collection processes.
• Experience managing petty cash and expense reconciliation.
• Proficiency in accounting or ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
