As our Video Editor, you'll be the backbone of our content production. You'll turn raw creator footage into scroll-stopping content across multiple platforms, working closely with our content strategist and community management team to keep the publishing pipeline running at full speed.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Short-Form Editing: Create engaging TikToks, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts optimized for each platform's algorithm and audience behavior Long-Form Editing: Edit YouTube videos with strong pacing, clean cuts, captions, and retention-focused structure High Volume Output: Manage multiple creator accounts simultaneously with fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality Platform Optimization: Adapt content formats, aspect ratios, captions, and hooks for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X Collaboration: Work with the content team on creative direction, thumbnail concepts, and content strategy Trend Awareness: Stay current on editing styles, trending formats, transitions, and audio trends across platformsYOU SHOULD APPLY IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU Born Editor: You've been editing videos for fun or work and have a portfolio or reel to show for it Platform Native: You actually use TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. You understand what performs and why Speed Without Compromise: You can turn around edits quickly while maintaining a high quality bar Self-Starter: You don't wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to get done and you do it Detail Obsessed: Timing, color, audio levels, text placement.
