We are a social media marketing agency based in Cumbaya, Quito. We help influencers and creators grow their audiences by handling the heavy lifting of content production and account management. Our team takes care of everything from content creation to publishing strategy so our creators can focus on what they do best: create dope content.

We're a small, tight-knit team that moves fast, keeps it real, and holds each other to high standards. No corporate fluff. Just good work, good people, and real results.

As our Video Editor, you'll be the backbone of our content production. You'll turn raw creator footage into scroll-stopping content across multiple platforms, working closely with our content strategist and community management team to keep the publishing pipeline running at full speed.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Short-Form Editing: Create engaging TikToks, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts optimized for each platform's algorithm and audience behavior
• Long-Form Editing: Edit YouTube videos with strong pacing, clean cuts, captions, and retention-focused structure
• High Volume Output: Manage multiple creator accounts simultaneously with fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality
• Platform Optimization: Adapt content formats, aspect ratios, captions, and hooks for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X
• Collaboration: Work with the content team on creative direction, thumbnail concepts, and content strategy
• Trend Awareness: Stay current on editing styles, trending formats, transitions, and audio trends across platforms

YOU SHOULD APPLY IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU

• Born Editor: You've been editing videos for fun or work and have a portfolio or reel to show for it
• Platform Native: You actually use TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. You understand what performs and why
• Speed Without Compromise: You can turn around edits quickly while maintaining a high quality bar
• Self-Starter: You don't wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to get done and you do it
• Detail Obsessed: Timing, color, audio levels, text placement. The small things matter to you
• Adaptable: Comfortable jumping between different creator styles, tones, and audiences

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (all creator content and team communication is in English)
• Proficient in at least one professional editing suite (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Pro)
• Strong understanding of short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• Experience editing long-form YouTube content (pacing, retention, structure)
• Basic motion graphics and text animation skills
• Understanding of social media platforms and what content performs on each
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
• Own computer capable of video editing (bring your own machine to the office)

NICE TO HAVE

• After Effects or motion graphics experience
• Thumbnail design skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar)
• Color grading experience
• Audio mixing/cleanup skills
• Experience working with influencers or content creators
• You're own video editing machine

DETAILS

• Location: Cumbaya, Quito (in-person)
• Hours: 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
• Salary: $ 7 0 0/month to start, with scheduled raises at 3, 6, and 1 2 months
