Human Resources AssistantWe are seeking a professional,organized, and customer-focused HR Assistant to join our team. This role provides administrative support to the Human Resources department while managing front desk operations and incoming communications.Key Responsibilities Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk operations. Coordinate interviews, meetings, and office appointments. Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR administrative processes. Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date. Assist with general office administration and daily operations.Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, administration (Preffered). Bilingual in English and Spanish. Advanced English speaking and listening skills are required.
