Ticket handling for various accounts. Support ticket resolution according to internal protocol.

MPLS, MPLS-TE, Manejo de NMS,
IP PLANNING. Knowledge on subnetting, CCNA, CCNP.
- Experience in troubleshooting on IP / PTN NEtworks.
- Experience in operating system, such as HP UNIX, Turbo LINUX
- Experience in Intelligent Network (IN).
- Must know english.
