1. DESARROLLAR Y FIDELIZAR LA CARTERA DE CLIENTES DE LA ZONADE EL ORO,GARANTIZANDO EL CUMPLIMIENTO DE LAS METAS DE VENTA Y COBRANZA EN RUTA.
2. EXPERIENCIA MINIMA DE 2 AÑOS EN VENTAS DE CAMPO (PREFERIBLE DE LUBRICANTES)
3. RESIDENCIA OBLIGATORIA EN MACHALA O PASAJE
4. MOVILIZACION PROPIA (AUTOMOVIL) CON PAPELES EN REGLA.
5. CONOCIMIENTO DEL TERRITORIO Y RUTAS CLAVE DE LA PROVINCIA.
